To add a beneficiary to your account contact our support team and they will complete this request. When adding a beneficiary to your account, our support team will request the following information:

  • Account Owner's Name

  • Beneficiary's Name

  • Beneficiary's Address

  • Beneficiary's Date of Birth

  • Beneficiary's SSN

  • Beneficiary's Email

  • Beneficiary's Phone

  • Beneficiary's Relationship to Owner

If the need arises, your beneficiary can reach out (or vice-versa) and we'll do a manual account recovery process. They will need to verify your ID and have documents supporting why they are able to access your account. We partner with a bank (Evolve Bank & Trust), so the process is similar to recovering an account with other banking institutions.
